Loved our weekend stay . Thanks Squatch for the hospitality.

Owner, staff & campers verry friendly. We stayed there 7 days from Wisconsin. 4 of the days our car was in the shop. In those 4 days we were content just being in the campgrounds. I agree with the primitive sites that the road traffic is slightly annoying but not too bad, could be a lot worse. Definitely a do over next time camping in North East Ohio. The campground is centrally located to wineries, Thompson Ledges, Amish country, covered bridges route, Paine Falls, and so much more! It was great to be back " home" again. If vehicle needs repaired, Kovach Bro. 1.5 miles from grounds is highly recomended. Car died Saturday no one open until Monday, would have had it back that day, but supplier had to order it, got car back early Tues. morning.

We have been camping here for years. It's family friendly and lots of fun! The owner is running a great Campground. The activities are great! Our kids have put down the electronics and have become apart of the outdoors!

This campground is a hidden oasis. You can tell that the new owner has put in a lot of work and he has great visions of what he wants it to look like. It still needs some work done, so I only gave it a 4 star. However, I'm confident that the new owner will have this place in top shape in no time and it will have a 5 star rating. We wish him lots of success!

Beautiful setting, lots of open spaces. Bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained -- nicer than most I've seen. Packed gravel roads have excellent drainage of rainwater, so there's very little mud and puddles after it rains. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Two things can use improvement. The well water has a very strong sulfuric (rotten eggs) aftertaste; you can smell it when showering. There should be a filter at least for the drinking water spigot. Suggest bringing a Brita filter. The second thing is the tent sites are very close to the main road. It was quiet enough at night, but starting around 6AM we could hear cars zooming along. I prefer a quieter setting when I'm tent camping. The RV sites are further away from the road, and although we tent camped, we did walk around the RV area and it also seemed nicer than most. Overall a very nice place to vacation.
